Share your medical records to help us understand more about health after the spill
Many participants have reported serious health conditions since the spill, such as cancer, stroke and heart attacks. We are requesting medical records to learn more about these health problems. Medical records provide more accurate and detailed information than we can collect by questionnaires or exams. We need to hear from participants, whether they participated in clean up or not.
